Soybean fried rice

On the Sunday routine finding an easy and quick recipe is very crucial...well, i thought to share this quick  and simple recipe with you all....Soybean are good for health. For vegetarian poeple they are good source of protein and minerals.

It is very important to meet out daily nutritional requirements in the meal. At the same time you need to consider your taste preferences. This is a simple recipe with good taste and palatability to add to your food and cooking. 

As i said, its not any great recipe but a quick healthy one meal option which is hit in my kitchen. 

So what all things you need for it?????

1. Rice 1 katori
2. Spring onion-  2 stalks
3. Carrot - half
4. Capsicum - 1 whole
5. Onion - one whole
6. Ginger and garlic paste
7. Cabbage- 1 katori finely chopped.
8. Tomato sauce, soy sauce and vinegar
9. Oil
10. Salt and pepper
11. Soy chunks 10 to 12, as per liking.

How do you make it????


1. Pressure cook rice with double quantity of water.
2. Clean all the veggies and chop them.
3. Saute onion and other veggies in frying pan.  Do not add spring onion at this point of time.
4. Add soaked soy chunks and let it cook for 10 mins.
5. Add tomato sauce, vinegar and soy sauce to it. Add some salt and pepper powder.
6. At the end add cooked rice and shallow fry it for some time.
7. At the end add spring onion and steam for few minutes.
8. Serve hot with extra sauce.
